On site we have an on site gift shop for your convenience. We are also happy to say that nearby there is a supermarket, licenced bar, restaurant and also a family amusement centre.

There is ample parking next to the log cabins.

With Oulton Broad, the heart of the Norfolk Broads only 3 - 4 miles away, Pleasurewood Hills only 2 miles and the famous Great Yarmouth, with its many attractions including the horse racing course and greyhound racing track and a wealth of other activities are only a mere 5 miles away.

Franson Park - Hopton

Located on the A12 between Gorleston and Lowestoft on the Norfolk/Suffolk border is the well established village of Hopton-on-Sea.

Situated on the coast with a number of key attractions and facilities, the village offers something for anyone from near or far.

Whether you want a day on the coast or are looking to sspend a while with your friends or family to truly appreciate and explore all the village has to offer, you have the option as you will be well catered for here.

A popular destination for many tourists to the area, Hopton-on-Sea draws a large number of visitors from around the world. The village is well established in certian fields, perhaps none more so than the leisure industry with the holiday village and bowls facilities located there. Potters Holiday Village located in the village hosted this year's World Indoor Bowls Championship in January 2006, which was broadcast to millions by the BBC.

According to the 2001 census, the civil parish had a population of 2,706. With all the convenience of being located on the main road between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, residents and visitors are able to take full advantage of the regular bus service to and from these attractive areas and beyond.
